Over the years, we have assisted many businesses and associations with internal operational audits and even state tax and IRS audits when necessary. Our process of review has uncovered substantial accounting errors (often overlooked by the bookkeeper and CPA). We have identified missing HR processes and necessary employee documentation that could have resulted in heavy fines or legal proceedings.
