About INOVA
Business problems rarely stay in one department.
Neither do we.
I founded INOVA because I saw the same problem repeatedly: organizations often have capable people working hard, yet the business itself is not working as well as it should.
That is why I work with owners, executives, boards, and leadership teams that need experienced help making sense of complicated situations and turning them into something manageable.
Sometimes that means cleaning up accounting records and creating reliable financial reporting.
Sometimes it means functioning as a fractional CEO, CFO, COO, or executive resource.
Sometimes it means identifying why profitability is declining, why cash flow does not match reported income, why internal processes continue to fail, or why leadership cannot get the information it needs to make decisions.
And sometimes the problem starts as one thing and turns out to be something entirely different.

ABOUT THE OWNER
I find the gaps others miss.
Throughout my career, I have frequently been brought into situations where something was not working—but the underlying reason was not immediately obvious.
I have uncovered accounting errors and financial discrepancies that were costing businesses money. I have rebuilt reporting processes, corrected operational weaknesses, strengthened internal controls, developed budgets and forecasting tools, reorganized accounting systems, improved management procedures, and helped leadership teams better understand what their numbers were actually telling them.
But financial management is only part of the equation.
I have also built and managed teams, developed policies and procedures, negotiated agreements, worked with boards of directors, managed client and vendor relationships, overseen events and programs, developed marketing strategies, managed associations, supported HR functions, launched new initiatives, and helped organizations navigate periods of change and growth.
That combination gives me an unusual perspective.
I understand the numbers.
I also understand the business behind the numbers.
